Description:
The incumbent must have the capacity to handle multiple and rapidly changing projects and priorities. Flexibility is a must. The job requires solid communication and problem solving skills. The position requires a self-reliant, professional and discreet individual who is able to work on numerous projects simultaneously and attention to detail is a must for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis, budgeting and forecasting include but are not limited to:
• Principal focus on Assets under Management and revenue monitoring reporting forecasting and analyzing.
• Ability to maintain and update sophisticated business models.
• Prepare the annual operating plans / budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Responsible for consolidating and reporting financial results of domestic and/or global offices.
• Responsible for the preparation, communication and presentation of financial results (Budget, Forecast and Actual) for several departments: domestic and global.
• Interface with: Financial Reporting group, Executive Office, Operations and Operational Managers in the U.S. and abroad.
• Special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Ability to add input for process improvement through report automation
• Documentation of policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3 -4 years experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. The candidate must have consistent and relevant work experience. BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar is required. Industry experience/Asset management experience considered a big plus.

Skills:
• Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Must be flexible and energetic.
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, challenges and aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to interface with various levels of management.
