Description:
Irvine-based provider of wireless telecommunications products and services is experiencing rapid growth and seeks to add a full-time Finance and Operations Clerk to our growing team.  We’re making an impact on the industry and business is great! We’re a small team operating in a casual-but-professional, fun-but-demanding, small office environment and our significant growth and expansion requires the addition of a dependable, capable and energetic go-getter to report to our Controller and support the finance and accounting, inventory and logistics, and business operations teams as follows:

Duties:
Accounting and Finance Team Support
Data entry
Assist with Customer Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Cash Application & Treasury Functions
Assist with Bank and Ledger account reconciliations
Accounts Payable Support and records maintenance
Assist with timely and accurate preparation of subsidiary schedules and business reporting packages
Assist with maintenance of efficient filing and records retention systems
Assist with order entry and order fulfillment processes
Assist with purchasing tasks
Maintain customer account information
Assist with physical counts and logistics reporting
Assist with maintenance of efficient filing and records retention systems
Assist with customer account and product account reconciliations
Special Projects

Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Excel and Word
QuickBooks Enterprise

Minimum Requirements for this role:
Three (3) years professional experience
Two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
Two (2) years’ experience with QuickBooks

Preferred Requirements for this role:
Associates Degree or higher in accounting
One (1) year experience with automated, integrated accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, Great Plains, etc.
Excellent communication and social interaction skills
Wireless Industry, Distribution, and/or Service Industry experience
